notification of recruitment for the 481 Management Trainees for various
disciplines like Personnel & HR, Environment, Materials Management,
Marketing & Sales etc. Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. The
eligible candidates can submit their applications directly on or before 7July

Materials Management	Engineering Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 2 years MBA/ PG Diploma in Management with minimum 60% marks
Marketing & Sales	Degree with 2 years MBA / PG Diploma in Management with specialization in Marketing (Major) with minimum 60% marks
Community Development	Minimum 2 years Post Graduate Degree or PG Diploma in Community Development/Rural Development/Community Organization and Development Practice/ Urban and Rural Community Development / Rural and Tribal Development/Development Management / Rural Management with minimum 60% marks
Legal	Graduate in Law of 3 years / 5 years’ duration with minimum 60% marks
Public Relations	Post Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism/ Mass Communication/Public Relations with minimum 60% marks
Company Secretary	Graduate in any discipline having acquired Company Secretary qualification with Associate/ Fellow membership of ICSI.

 

 

Application Fees: –

are required to pay a Non-Refundable fee of Rs. 1000/- plus applicable GST Rs.180/- 

·       
SC / ST / PWD / ESM candidates /
Employees of Coal India Limited and its Subsidiaries are exempted from payment
of application fee.

 Application fee will be paid through Online
mode only.

 

 

Recruitment
Process: – Selection will be based on the marks
obtained in the Computer Based Online Test (CBT) only.

 

Computer Based Online Test Details:

·       
The duration of Computer Based
Online Test will be for 3 hours (in one sitting) consisting of two papers
(Paper-I & Paper-II) of 100 marks each.

·       
There will be 100 multiple choice questions
(MCQ) in each paper.

·       
Each question will carry 1 mark
and there is no penalty for wrong answer.

·       
No marks will be awarded for
un-attempted questions.

·       
The question paper shall be
bilingual i.e. in English and Hindi only.
