Online Courses:

• If you’re not satisfied with our online courses, you can request a refund within 10 days of purchase.
• To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 20% of the course.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Please note that once a course is completed, no refunds will be issued.

E-books:

• If you’re not satisfied with our e-books, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
• To be eligible for a refund, you must not have downloaded or accessed more than 20% of the e-book.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions:
